Hello

I noticed that my vps server just went offline alone and I haven't shut it down or anything so I get into SolusVM and click "Boot" and now it's online

but I wonder why it's gone offline like that, what reasons force server to shutdown automatically , does that mean I have high CPU usage or something ??

Hi,

I maybe that your host reboot the VPS node and your VPS didn't boot automatically or your vps crashed. check the logs and if it happens again you should contact your host too.

I've only been with a few budget VPS's and they all seem to do this, some several times a day, its really bad and although normally people focus on performance, it would great to see some VPS's with high uptimes.

Have you contacted your provider about it? They're likely the only ones who can help with regards to this issue. Though I can say that would definitely get frustrating if it kept happening! VPS's can have great uptime, just depends on the node they are on and how it is configured.

thank you guys, I submitted ticket to my host to look into this issue
I was surprised when I woke up this morning that I can't access my sites online and I check the server and was online and I was able to login to DA without problem but even though the sites were inaccessible so I did reboot the server and now they back online
