    I would possibly add a little more bandwidth.

    But they look reasonable!

    You can get allot more space then 40Gb for 60Dollar monthly.. Then its better to buy a VPS..

    You can get a lot more space, but more than just space is factored into the price. The transfer, the server resources, the cPanel, full server management, etc.

    Nobody can really tell you anything about your plans; what are your costs? taxes? maintenance, etc.?

    You definitely don't want to compete on price only, simply because there's bigger players out that can easily push you out of the market...

    just my 2c.

    Zash, here's a different path down which to think: who are your prospective customers, and will these plans meet their needs? Just because a lot of hosts offer similar feature sets doesn't necessarily mean they're what's selling or satisfying customers. Not that there's anything wrong with your approach, but just a suggestion for a different way to go about spec-ing out your plans.
