Whats your budget?

OVH or Server.lu are the best providers for seedboxes.

You can try a reseller if you cannot order direct from OVH or setup the seedbox yourself.

100mbit unmetered is not achievable for $35, you should look to spend $180-$400 for 100mbit unmetered.

At $35 you may possibly get an atom server with 1-2TB bandwidth.

You didnot mention the hardware cost. Your budget is way too low for your requirements.

For $35 you will get only a kimsufi OVH server with 3TB bandwidth limit.
But internal traffic is not counted against your 3TB.

I can think of 3 solutions for you:
- Raise your budget
- Go for a semi-dedicated server
- Look for a seedbox with a 1gbps port.

For $40 Per Month you can get the C-250G from an OVH reseller, but there is normally a setup fee of around $90.

You could also get a VPS for around $30 per month.

For that budget, you'd probably be better off looking for "seedbox hosting" or "torrentflux hosting", which would be a shared account on a server that's intended for this purpose. There are several providers who can offer some pretty high transfer limits and storage space for the budget you've got.

Santrex.net has great seedboxes with unmetered bandwidth/active torrents, but their $250 plan is $50 per month.
