I am looking for a good and reliable offshore hosting company outside USA and EU, preferable in Asia, Russia or Panama

Support in english and cpanel would be good.

I have tried a few in malaysia but they did not work at all

Is there any reason in particular why you are looking for a web host outside of the USA, EU?

I believe he wants to host illegal software or something along the lines that is not allowed in the USA. As most hosts in those countries accept those.
