I have been hosted by pcisd.com for sometime... The Host has both its ups and downs. So Since I have flamed them,, its only fair that I praise them as well:

1. Awesome support, staff is online almost 24/7

2. A lot of space , 500 megs is way to much

3. for 20/month the deal is great.

4. 200 subs,, hehe ... I thats more than I will need, infact I will be surprised If I use more than 10 subs

4. 200 ftp and pop... what more could you want ?

ok everything is great but I have 3problems with them:

1. bandwidth is to low,,, 5 gigs. 8/extra gig is kind of high... should be cut down to 3/gig... or you should offer different plans

2. Uptime sucks... 97% uptime isnt to good, thats almost 1 day of allowed downtime...

3. Servers seem to have problems sime time... my site went off line various times with pcisd...

conclusion:

If you have a small to lowmedium traffic site,, this host is great

For medium-high traffic... you might want to look elswhere.

ohh as for my site... I guess you could say it went from small to large in 2 months

1 first month I used 300 megs transfer
2nd month I used over 5 gigs
3rd.. month well lets see do I want to stay with pcisd or not... well any way If I do stay I will have a big bill

Most of the time when someone goes over 5 gig we provide them with a package or a dedicated server that reflex a better than 8/gig cost.

We do this on a per person basis because the type of machine and bandwidth needed.
