What is client resources area?
On our community board once you signed up if you send "Nick" a message with the email you used on your order we will move you over to the customers group. Once a customer you get access to a resources area that our staff/ other customers find for you.
So you don't over sell?
Nope, if you use 100% of your diskspace we won't say a thing unless you go over your limit. Then we will talk to you about upgrading your plan.
Setup Times?
We validate all orders to stop fraud so all orders are setup within 24 hours. If you order isn't setup within 24 hours of payment please contact our support and our manager will investigate what happened.
