I am selling 3 text ads on http://ultracheaphosts.com.

The ads must be up to 30 characters long. The placement is at the very top of the page, in the "Sponsors" menu, as you can see if you visit the site.

Website traffic is, unfortunately, very small, so other than SEO and very limited branding purposes, there should be no expectations.

The advertised website must be web hosting/web development related.

Price: $30/6 months or $50/year per ad. No monthly option, sorry.

As I first mentioned, traffic is negligible. I don't keep track of it, but probably less than 100 visitors a month.
