I think your best bet would be to contact them and see what went wrong. They've got a number listed in their whois, try calling them to see what happened, if you are not getting any response from their ticketing system.

No gateway, no external connectivity. Very bad thing, I hope they have a good explenation on why only your range is out.

Their website is working for me, but the live chat seems to be offline. I think you can submit a ticket as well as call them and check the status.
