I have a server at The Planet / Softlayer that crashed. I had an OS Reload, and the Control Panel is Ensim 10.3 (Parallels). I have all the site file backups, but when I am restoring them, the actual website files are not restored. Also, there may be a need for general Ensim / Server configuration. The phone number of the person I used to use is disconnected, and I need this done rather urgently. I found out that this is a known problem with Ensim. For the benefit of the community, here is the solution. It can be solved by doing this:

Rename:
/home/virtual/FILESYSTEMTEMPLATE/siteinfo/usr/lib/X11

To:
/home/virtual/FILESYSTEMTEMPLATE/siteinfo/usr/lib/X111

Then, proceed with the restore using the Control Panel. The site files are then also copied back to their original location, and the restore completed successfully.

Once the restore is complete, rename the file back to X11.
