Which to choose? WiredTree, KnownHost or ServInt?
Done a bit of research & from what I've read all three of these hosts are pretty rock solid. They all offer similar priced packages... what do you think?
How do their support response times fair? Are their support staff knowledgeable?
Thanks!

WiredTree gets my vote. We use them to host our main website and I can't fault them.
Well bar the one time when we had a few hours unexpected downtime during a weekend because they decided to install security patches.
Their staff seem to know what their doing, and their response time is remarkable.
I highly recommend them.

I had a vps at wiredtree, it's been a few years ago now, it was pretty good for the most part. A few unexplained network outages here and there, but I think that's expected, unfortunately, with most of the big providers.
They do have true 24/7 Tech Support, you can call at 3:00am and someone will answer, and most of them know what they are doing.
Just my 2cents.

I think you'd be in good hands going with any of those companies really. They are all reputable providers.

I've been with WiredTree, currently with KnownHost, and my experience with these two have been fantastic. With the reviews I've read about ServInt, I don't think you can go wrong with any one of them.
It'll probably come down to the better deal, location you're after, and/or control panel offered.

I do like to agree that all are good companies and have good reputation here. And I think you'll only know about their response times and knowledge if you use their services. You can go through the reviews and contact them directly and decide which one to go.

I've never been with WiredTree.....but I've been with Servint and currently with KnownHost.
Servint are excellent, very professional....and you won't go wrong with them. Drawback? No upgrades between plans!
Knownhost.....well I'm with them now, and I've been with them in the past as well. And based on all the providers I've ever used over 12 years I'd have to say that KnownHost are the best of the best! Hands down! Plus, you can upgrade memory etc between plans!
Probably the best short review I've ever seen on KnownHost was THIS! Definitely puts it over a lot better than I could!

All are great. I'm currently with KH and have nothing but the highest praise for them.

Thanks very much guys. Some great info. Think I may go with KnownHost, primarily because they have a 75% off the first month special as well as all the good things said about them.

While this was going on I needed to put in a ticket to KH.....cos the firewall had accidentally blocked our IP address here.
I submitted the ticket on a medium importance (which is the lowest)......and from the time of submission to resolution was 12 minutes.
And that's how it always is.....any time day or night!
Essentially KH give you a total peace of mind which I've never had to that extent before from any other provider.

I've only been with KH for about six weeks but in that time, being a noob, I have racked up a few support tickets. All resolved within 15 minutes to include an email stating exactly what they have done.

Hi! I'm trying to choose a web host & checked out Knownhost... they show the disk space and bandwidth w/ each shared plan - one is 2GB of space/15 GB bandwidth and the other is 5GB & 35GB bandwidth... how much is that as far as site size & traffic? I've looked at hosts that offer "unlimited" everything, but then read that it's really not unlimited & if I exceed their allotment they drop my site. Can you guys please clarify this for me?
Thanks!
