The reason I'm posting this is because I don't know the name of the type of script I'm looking for.

Basically I want to make a list or table, with categories, and allow users to browse / search it easily.
Let's use webhosts as an example.
So the 5 attributes would be Name (alphabetical order), Location (alphabetical), Price (numerical).

So if the user goes on the page, let's say they're all listed according to Name (alphabetical), but then the user can choose Location (i.e. Sweden) and it'll show just the Swedish ones (would be neat if it would show surrounding countries as well).
And of course price (either choose a certain range, or from ascending / descending order).

So, what is it I'm looking for?

You could do this with a directory script assuming the directory has a search function. If the directory does not have a search/sort function, it can be added with some basic PHP.

My idea was otherwise pretty similar to when you browse an online shop.
