Can you let us know location preference, budget, OS (Windows / Linux)? This will help you to get more targeted recommendations.

You have not mentioned the specs you need and your budget. It will help us to provide you suggestions. Without your budget, it is very difficult to say as there are simply too many options.

It really depends what you are looking for. There are a couple Xen providers out there doing unmetered b/w, but certainly not a lot. If you've got a specific budget or other requirements, that would help narrow down the selection further.

    As said before.

Also, why do you need unmetered, at what speed rate?

unmetered drastically reduces your options but if I was given that very narrow scope I would say RapidXen.

is that at rapidxen.com? I don't see any bandwidth plans on their website.

The default plans come with 2mbps unmetered and they offer upgrades.

It's kind of hidden down there, I did find it under "Other Important Information".

Looks like 2 mbps, and additional mbps costs around $15 / mbps.

    That's about 5TB Max.

Are you really going to need that, or prefer 1TB over 100mbit+

2mbps is 600gb, MAX. More like 300-400gb. Not even close to 5tb.

Oh, I forgot to divide. Sorry

    It's 648GB Max. You'd be better with a 1-4TB server at 100mbit.

I wouldn't say their is a best VPS provider. It really depends on your needs. I have seen a few unmetered VPS offers in the VPS Offers section. As others said, depending on your actual bandwidth usage it may be better not to get unmetered but if you decide to get it, checkout the offers section as I remember seeing a few,

Even when most hosts state a unmetered condition, they will always have the limit shown in the terms of service during the signing of the agreement. I would suggest you go with something more metered and structured to avoid the business ethics of the situation.

Often times, the limit is equal to the maximum that the connection could possibly sustain over that time, and is only provided for informational purposes.

    OK heres the qualification :
    - datacenter US
    - Linux OS
    - support VPN (pptp or l2tp)
    - minimal bandwidth 10 mbps (unmetered quota based)
    - memory 768 - 1034 MB

and more thing, this vps node is going to be our backup MX (so smtp(+tls) protocol is a must)

Those all sounds like very reasonable requirements that many hosts can support. What is your budget?

IMO, quota based bandwidth is a evil business, customer has the right to have a fixed services (no overcharges bandwidth usage)

You should be able to find this. I know of one or two providers that match both the budget and specs.

one is wdservers.com, I can't mention the other due to forum rules regarding who you're allowed to promote. Wdservers website doesn't necessarily list the prices I'm talking about, but the owner will be able to do it for you.
