32bit linux with 64bit kernel ?
Hi
i see some peoples saying that they are using 32bit linux but kernel is optmized for 64bit ,
what this mean ? its realy 64 bit ?
and how can i do this ?

"Optimized for 64-bit" means that that kernel works best on 64-bit. That does NOT mean that you are using a 64-bit kernel.
The only way you can use a 64-bit kernel is if your CPU's are 64-bit as well. If you have a 32-bit CPU, then your kernel must be 32-bit (regardless of whether or not the kernel is optimized for 64-bit). A 32-bit CPU cannot process 64-bit data.Jakiao
