Dedicated server needed for sending newsletters
For the promotion of our translation business we have signed up for a dedicated server. We have made newsletters acoording to the spam act law and fully personlized with address details, name and website. Opt in and Out.
Our prices are very competitive which does not make it easy for others in this business. After two spam complaints the dedicated server where we have installed the mail script was out of the air. I have explained everything but no reason for discussion.
Of course we need to have a new dedicated server but can not avoid a couple of spam complaints.
Who can advise us.

Unless the people receiving the email have signed up to do so you're sending spam regardless of whether it complies with the law. Bottom lines is no respectable company is going to rent you a dedicated server and there is no way to avoid spam complaints when you are sending spam.
I'm not trying to be rude, but why don't you find a more ethical form of marketing?
If these people have signed up for your newsletter you should have no problem with your service being revoked by the provider.

Do you mean to say provider has deleted the script off their server? or You own a dedicated server from which script is missing now? or Provider has disconnected your server?

We have taken a montly subscription for a dedicated windows server and they have blocked the server from using it. We have had the time to copy everthing in order to loose not our script.
Even with optin list we have tried that before but optin is not always optin lists. You can not check that in advance.

Well like Jory said good providers will not allow that from their network. Allowing these type of services may spoil the name for any provider because they may get listed at spamhaus.org .
You may find some other way of marketing.
Just my personal opinion.24Shells in Business Since 2003 - AS55081

Actually good providers do even better because the people who don't understand how to manage mass email tell everyone else they can't get the service.
Reading is fundamental. There are thousands of completely legitimate companies that offer this service. The caveat is you must be legitimate. You're going to get busted quickly by any host if you're spamming. In most cases you don't need dedicated servers, you need accounts with mass mail service providers that cater to very large databases. They pay big bucks to have the licenses that allow them to offer very in-depth services, tracking, accountability etc. And they also know how to manage spammers and detect them quickly.
if you're legit you'll find a good host. If you're not, you'll be looking for a new one once a month.Show your reciprocal links on your website. eReferrer
