Since they've got hotscripts, they could probably get WHT too...

You could try The Prohacker on the board.. Or contact iNet Interactive directly.. http://www.inetinteractive.com. They might want to make sure this sort of thing couldn't happen on the boards. I wonder if it was just an update they missed which let the script kiddies gain accress thru an exploit. Glad to see they've got it back up again though.

Not quite. A few refreshes brings the normal page, but then the hacked page is shown again.

The server has not been hacked but has a virus.

Well once you hit infected server you will not be able to refresh to another because there script to randomise each mirror is not running, hence why you will always be at the infected page.

Well I'm getting it on random refreshes so the load balancing must be running.

It is a wave.. mostly phpBB and some PHP scripts vulnerable. Do not want to desribe it here cause it could encourage people to use it against other sites as well.

    Hotscripts hacked

I just checked hotscripts.com and it gives off a message that spykids now own the server. My guess they were hacked. Anyone know any other good script sites?

I don't mean to flame but I am disgusted by your post. They were severly hacked and just "moving on" asking for "another site" thus not saying one single word of compassion is really ticking me off.

They provide a great service all these years, especially hostscripts.com, and they deserve more then "screw them, there are other sites" and even suggesting to look into their competitors who either did this or are profiting about this. Where is your "sense against terrorism" now??

If you really want to go to another hotscripts-imitations-site then use a popular serach engine

    StarGate,
People here are more likely to be the ones who are responsible for servers/websites rather than scriptkiddies.
If this is something new, please share around.
