Question Problem installing package component: kernel-headers-2.2.16C28_III-4.i386.rpm

I am updating a RaQ to have all patches. When I tried to apply the RaQ4-All-Kernel-1.0.1.216C28III.pkg package, I get the following error:
    Problem installing package component: kernel-headers-2.2.16C28_III-4.i386.rpm

This is what is on my server now:

    Relational Database Server and Client tools by InterBase. Release V6.0 Cobalt OS Release 6.0 RaQ4-All-Security Release 1.0.1-10602 RaQ4-All-Security Release 1.0.1-8762 RaQ4-All-System Release 1.0.2-9882 RaQ4-en-OSUpdateRelease 1.0 RaQ4LE-All-SystemRelease 0.0.1-9340

    What is happening?

It looks as though the package is updating the Kernel of the RaQ and has the improper header (just like Cobalt). If it's an official PKG, try downloading it to your machine, uploading it to your server, and install from local directory.
