I think someone from Asia has to organize this.
HK or SG I think I can set this in my calendar.
Ask for Server IP & Nameservers IP to check if your reseller provider truly provides 100% white-label.

HC is still very US-centric, I wouldn't see it going outside of the US. WebHostingDay is more of the international show.

I think Asian hosting companies don't have to beg for HostingCon.
I mean we have money and we can surely have sponsors.

If HC is US-centric then why don't we make an Asian-centric conference. I love to see Asian countries develop this kind of team and maybe right some policies in the future besides our market is much much bigger.

Care to list all Asian hosting providers?

What kind of attendance could be expected at an Asian event? Where are the best locations in Asia to hold a hosting conference?

cost of webhosting is high in Asia due to small scale production and bandwidth cost, so maybe it is too early to conduct hostingcon in Asia.

I think the more that we need to have a conference. We have good telcos who's currently not focus on this market. They can surely come up on something. If they can drop the cost of text/call almost every month pretty much they can find ways to have a solution on this market.

Just so everyone is aware, we have no affiliation with this group of unsavory individuals.

They ARE NOT associated with hostingcon.com

There is a hosting conference this year besides the WHD that just passed. It is organized by DirectI and you can see more information at www.rchostingsummit.com - in November and in Mumbai.

I was able to register fine at http://www.rchostingsummit.com/register-now/

What error are you getting? Which browser are you using?

I think that it would be great to have it in Asia. But I understand that the costs are too high to have it take place here any time soon. Let us keep our fingers crossed that one day it will.
