    Question Graphic imaging question...

    1. What's the best dpi for a graphic art to be used for a poster?Like for example for 20x30 inch poster.

    2. What's the best file size [pixels] in PSD?

    Thanks.

    300 pixels/inch.

But for a poster I wouldn't use Photoshop, in my experience the text of fuzzy. If you can, do the images in Photoshop (or similar) and then link them into a vector program (ie Illustrator) for the text. Much crisper.

If you make a poster in Photoshop you better have a huge amount of memory, at least 1 GB.

Yes, I make my posters in Photoshop AND Illustrator. When I use Photoshop, I work with a ridiculously high resolution.
