That's funny as I remember serverloft was answering pretty quickly to my tickets always... or maybe that's just because of my recent past experiences... Powerful servers with cheap price, pretty good network

Serverloft - never use them again!
Hello,
I want to advice you to look for another hosting company.
It is very hard to find a worse hosting company then Serverloft.
They are bad at each and every point, but especially as it comes to billing failture.
1) The dont give you possibility to charge the virtual credit card. Simply the fresh and working virtual credit card you generate that has the same expiry month as the current month is considered as already expired one.
2) After you put new credit card details to their 'customer panel' you have to inform the company that they can actually charge that credit card!
We had a notice 48 hours ago that the invoice is not paid.
We updated the credit card details 30 minutes later.
24 hours ago, we had an email send to us confirming the invoice was paid.
This morning - the server is BLOCKED because of unpaid.
They do not notify other departments about the fact of payment, even if you were charged correcly.
In this very bad situation as the downtime (that each hour of downtime cost us more then monthly cost of the server) was 100% their fault, they offered NOTHING to cover the loses and no thank you or sorry.
I will never ever use the serverloft again, this is the worst company I have every deal with.

Check recent threads opened about them, I've been seeing a couple bad reviews lately.

They have been having some issues lately, So i would stay away until they get these resolved, But once that's done i wouldn't see a reason not to go with them.
