    If you are actually looking at their website, it will tell you exactly what is happening. Seems that they are having some technical difficulty or something went wrong with delivery or etc.

    Blahhhhh... just read it on their website. http://www.e-glid.com/

    Here's a CUT & PASTE copy.
    =====================================================

    IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT - SERVERS NOT ABLE TO BE PROVISIONED IN TIME

    We are sad to announce that we can't provide on time all the servers. We have managed to release only 20 servers at the moment witch are in perfect working condition. We had trouble with the shipment of some components as they were turned back after there has been an error in the papers released by our provider. Therefore we can provision the servers only untill wednesday morning. We will issue refunds to all of our customers.
    Refunds will be completely received in 2-3 business days due to the fact that all the PayPal ballance was transfered to a bank account.
    Creating a dispute in PayPal resolution center
    will only make your refund blocked for a period of 20 days as we do not respond to disputes (as our Terms of Services specifies).We will refund all customers in a peacefull matter so all clients can receive their money quicker.
    All clients that want to wait untill wednesday morning are requested to send a ticket or contact us on Live Support Chat. They will receive first month free therefore refunding their money aswell.

    Thank you and we are deeply sorry for the inconvenience.

    =====================================================

    Ok for those of you who actually got servers from them, here's a few questions from me:
    1. Why did you get it from them? Is it because of the price?
    2. Why did their account on here got suspended?
    3. It's already Thursday on my side, what happened to Wednesday?
    4. Did anyone get their refunds yet?

    BTW - Oh my gosh, their announcement is full of errors!!!

    Look properly and you will see their errors left and right. Everywhere to be precise.

    ● They are banned.
    ● They are using pirated/nulled WHMCS. They do not have a license and lied about it.
    ● They lied and said their license reseller provided them WHMCS with branding stripped out that doesn't require a license key to run (it's totally like that by default).
    ● Their address is false.
    ● The tollfree number listed only returns results for "YOUR CAR INSURANCE HAS EXPIRED" on google.
    ● Private whois
    ● The thread existed for a week and I have not seen a single person ever say they got their server (e: maybe a few now?)

    Code:
    -AMD Athlon™ II X4 Quad Core;
    -RAM : 8GB DDR3 ;
    -HDD : 2000GB SATA2 5400 rpm;
    -Network monthly transfer of 40.000GB;
    -Internet connection of 100Mbps;
    -Top operating systems like : CentOS, Ubuntu, OpenSUSE, Debian;
    -IP Addresses included : 3;
    -Fully managed servers;
    -Possibility to choose datacenter location US or EU;
    -No setup fees;
    -Possibility of pre-installing WHM/cPanel or DirectAdmin.
    Looks like a good deal with nearly 100mbit unmetered and fully managed also. There are still 5 servers in stock, should I place an order?

    No, that number isn't up-to-date.

    However I did get my login details of my dedicated server, even though they placed it in the US instead of EU where I asked them to be placed.

    Actually it's even more than what's possible with 100mbit (which is 31.6 TB/month). Should ring some bells...

    Ring what bells?

    You do realize that you can get close to 66TB inbound/outbound on a 100mbit line right?

    I thought I had 2 TB, but not that big of a fuss tbh.

    Server running on CentOS 5.6 Final x86_64.

    They just replied my ticket and said they will give me a EU server.

    Aren't you supposed to get AMD CPU? What CPU did they give you?

    $50 is still very good deal for those specs.

    /dev/simfs 1.3T 546M 1.3T 1% /

    I think you have bigger problems than missing ram

    Do a "cat /proc/user_beancounters" will ya

    You're on an OpenVZ VPS, and I have seen $1/month VPS with higher beancounter limits than the ones you have.

    Well just got a reply on my ticket:

    Your server is not a VPS it is virtualization ready. That means that your server has been booted with the OpenVZ kernel and can be at any time setup for VPS provisioning. All our servers are virtualization ready.

    No. Not even close. I'm not an expert on OpenVZ, maybe the buyvm dudes can chime in or something, but I am 99.999% sure this is not a VM host.

    simfs and no swap and close to crap beancounters.

    And yes, as a long time user of OpenVZ i can indeed say that this is in 99% cse a VPS (unless they copied the template to a dedicated, and forgot to remove the bean counters).

    Try to create a tun device, or reflash another kernel and see what happens - the last one is certainly a 100% proof.
    I dont know what OS you run, but you could i.e. do on debian:
    "apt-get install linux-image-2.6-vserver-amd64" which would install the Linux-vServer Kernel (your server should continue to operate normally when it is a dedicated server or hardware virtualized VPS)
