I'm sure you can integrate the Kayako support into WHMCS

Will they have Kayako's account automatically?
I don't really need a login share, but a billing and support helpdesk seperated, while it is somehow automated that they have a helpdesk account.

If you have kayako and whmcs and you configure in WHMCS that you are using Kayako.
All tickets will go through Kayako.

Here's how it works: When a client logs in on Kayako with his WHMCS email address and password, Kayako will simply process the login so that the client can submit/read tickets, etc. Also, Kayako will automatically login the client in WHMCS! If he uses a non-WHMCS email address and password to login, Kayako will simply check its own database to perform a regular login.
The other way around works too: When the client logs in on WHMCS, he'll automatically be logged in on Kayako.

What about tickets? If they made a ticket at WHMCS instead of Kayako?

They won't make a ticket in WHMCS, it will most likely redirect them to the kayako helpdesk and process the ticket through that. Atleast as long as everything is setup properly.

The Kayako "form" is integrated into WHMCS at the moment you choose to use Kayako in the support configuration.

When you integrate Kayako with WHMCS the links in the WHMCS portal for tickets, downloads, announcements and knowledgebase are replaced with the kayako desk wrapped in the WHMCS page.

This will share your users login information for both WHMCS and Kayako

The loginshare is unnecessary, kayako is handled directly through WHMCS, you just need to edit the email templates and point them to WHMCS instead of kayako for replies, etc.

I have to say that I found the overall integration a little tacky - I think it could be done much better. If you're only going to be using Kayako to allow users to create tickets, then you'd be better off with sticking with WHMCS's built in support system.

I'm not 100% sure on your original query, but make sure of the following scenario.
Last I utilized Kayako, it doe
