Validate my CSS/Html for $$?

I don't believe he's requesting to have his site receive merely a validation check, but rather for someone to make it 100% compliant with W3C standards.

I agree with Synthetic, does it bring in any customers/clients or produce sales if your site is 100% compliant with W3C standards?
