We can match the 2nd offer. We cannot match the 1st offer because it is not Hyper-V based. I recommend our $30 1GB Ram/50GB RAID 10 HD over the offer you posted because of the extra RAM and RAID 10 storage.
We are currently not experiencing any hardware isues so you should not experience any unexpected reboots.

So you can match 512 RAM, 70GB hdd and unlimited transfer for 25$ .... i won't believe it

Also old offer is not bad... (1,2gb ram, 500gb bandwidth, 2x cpu 50gb hdd - 35$)

Just tell me if you offer windows 2k3 ... I don't have a clue if the app i use will run well over win 2k8 ...

    Thanks in advance.

    danceboysf,
You're right! We can't match the unlimited transfer. I looked over that.. thanks for noticing!
We do offer 2k3 but we HIGHLY recommend 2k8 because it's optimized for Hyper-V and it will be faster for you and also impact the overall nodes performance much less.

Do you need the subscription link for the (1.2gb ram, 500gb bandwidth, 2x cpu 50gb hdd - 35$)?

    danceboysf,
    You're a fancy negotiator
I can do 70GB on a RAID10 array, maybe a little more with no RAID.

    Please, post a link

Now it's MUCH BETTER! Nearly maxed out my bandwidth (100 mbit/s) when uploading data to the server (I'm in Eastern Europe, the server is in NY, USA). It's really fast now. I hope this time it won't be rebooted any time soon and it won't be overloaded/abused by other users. I'll test my app to see if it's suitable with 2k8 server and report results.

That's surprising, transatlantic bandwidth is usually not so fast. I'm glad it's working well for you

Please tell me if you have any issues.

    So far none.

I've managed to transfer the important data with average speed ~6,5 mb/s, peaked a lot of times to 12,3 mb/s. The software so far runs surprisingly well, and it doesn't cause any problems so far. But we will see after 50 days for example if the VPS continues to run and operate in the same smooth way

    Best regards.

P.s. CPU Load around 4-5% average...
The application in this setup uses at least 30% of a Xeon Core, currently uses about 65% average on a Xen 2k3 over the competitor, and in our test dedicated server about 80% of an AMD Phenom Core.

I'm still trying to figure it out why so low CPU usage
