can't access one of my IP address
I was given 8 IPs by a provider but one of the IPs is unreachable.
The provider said that it could be a server or firewall misconfiguration on my part but the only thing that I installed is csf firewall and all the required ports are open.
Besides, if it were a firewall misconfiguration then why can I access the 7 other IPs?
What could be the problem? Help?

To remove the probability of firewall causing problems, disable the firewall temporarily and check whether ip is still inaccessible.
The other potential reasons could be
1) Ip clash ( ip made up on a different server on the same network )
2) Ip routing problem
In short, once you made sure that firewall is completely disabled, it's the responsibility of your provider to make sure that ip is routed properly.
