I love iOS, is very smooth and user friendly.

I prefer iOS. Android isn't bad either, but the support cycle for android devices is too short, for example Samsung dropping updates after 1 year.

I wouldn't be confident to buy an Android device these days knowing that manufacturers load it with bloatware and update so slow.

I use both a lot, but from a developer point of view I prefer iOS. It helps a lot when you know your apps work without any issues anywhere.
