I wouldn't install HyperVM on a server running cPanel, especially if you have customers on it!
The fact that you are asking how to install HyperVM, and your aim is to sell VPS', this is quite concerning as managing VPS Nodes can be quite demanding, especially if your clients ask for special requirements.
My advice would be to get a separate host node and install HyperVM on it with the setup script found on their website (www.lxlabs.com), then learn of to manage the node.

From the Installation Help page on:http://www.lxlabs.com/software/hypervm/install/
    Quote:

You should never run any other control panel other than hyperVM on the host server. That will unncessarily introduce security risks, and in the case of openvz, since all the vps process are visible and accessible on the host server, starting and stopping of services on the host server will affect all the vpses too. If you need to run anything, create a special vps for it.

***Do not install HyperVM on a server currently using cpanel. You will definitely screw up the mysql and other services running on it. Your best bet is to maybe create a backup of your WHM users, transfer them to a remove backup site and better yet another WHM server, and then do a OS reload on your current server. You will then be able to install free OpenVZ/HyperVM setup.
