    Well, there are certainly many use cases for it.

    -secondary backupservers (where primary has 99.99% uptime, secondary backup or tertiary 95% uptime is fine)
    -bulk marketing (email, website SEO etc) kinds of things where 90% uptime is fine
    - startup companies with high bandwidth consumption per customer, with low budgets (underfunded capital) , who aren't selling to enterprises yet
    - backup facilities / redundant routes etc
    - "fremium" services like games where maybe you put your trial customer on a low-cost network and upgrade them once they pay

    They aren't going to target PCI/S-O compliant enterprise customers, 99.99% uptime customers etc, and that is fine, there are other providers for that.

    Just got an email about 10% price increase on everything in July...
