I'm looking for a fairly powerful VPS that will be used solely as a MySQL server. I've looked around but haven't found anything that looked reliable. I need uptime, good network, and a fair amount of space. I'm looking for something near below.

50+ GB Disk Space
100Mbps/1Gbps
1TB+ Bandwidth
Linux OS
Located in USA

Around $20/m. Any recommendations?

You didn't mention the minimum ram you need , since it's for a database I think it's an important parameter...

If your space requirement were smaller a ssd powered vps would be optimal for databases...
