Looks very nice, well laid-out. It came up quick for me (over DSL). My first impression was "ow!", that canary-yellow background is a little hard on the eyes. You might want to add some simple graphics as replacements for the :::'s. Looks like ANSI art, which doesn't fit with the rest of the page. I like that you have your prices up front on the main page.

I am on a Macintosh using Netscape Navigator and I can barely read your site. Not to mention that the navigation graphic overlays everything on the top. Might want to change that

The yellow is too strong for use as a background. The drop-down menus at the top don't seem to work when the mouse pointer is right on top of the text; you have to move it adjacent to the text for it to work. Also, that "flying status bar text" really should go.

Hello ppl,
I have removed the javascript drop down menu, and did a minor changes on the page design, plus add few more graphics.

Overall, Nice
Hostkaki-
The site is nice.
I will try not to be repetitious of the rest of the post, but I think that the prices and the specs themselves of the plans need to stand out a liitle bit more.
