Anyone else having problems with 2checkout recurring billing declining every card as expired?

We used 2checkout, but stopped signing new clients up through them about 5 years ago due to never ending problems. But because of the major undertaking in transferring customers off that system we just kept existing customers there, and every time the chance came up would divert them to our own in house billing.

As it turns out, I find out yesterday from our accountant that for almost 2 months 2checkout has been declining almost every charge w/ expired card as the reason, even though the customer say's the card isn't expired.
