Somebody, help us out here, we are going to in house develop a helpdesk/trouble ticket system for webhosting companies this week. Can somebody give us a list of desks to compare too? Also any features you want in a helpdesk, post here or email to kizer@sharpwebinnovations.com and we will try to intergrate it! thanks!

I think wonderdesk seems to be the best. But if there was one feature I would add to a support system is that the customers could also email to support address and it made a ticket. Kinda like, ticketsmith.

Thats too much work for the support tech to check both wonderdesk and pop3.Why submit a ticket twice one in e-mail or pop3?
