I think you'll be pleased to learn that all of our VPS solutions are indeed fully managed. What we mean by Managed Services is, we accept complete responsibility for everything installed and delivered with your server. We patch and update the Base Operating System, as well as primary applications like Apache, PHP, and MySQL, install third-party software, provide core software optimization, monitor a variety of services on each account, and proactively resolve issues that present themselves. Our Managed Services Team (MST) is on-site, 24 x 7 to answer of questions, and try to help in every way.
Concerning your need for administrative control panel software, we do provide either cPanel/WHM or Plesk licensing -- free of charge -- on all of our VPS packages. You are welcome to select between either of these options. Moreover, beyond control panel software, we do offer a full complement of add-on software options like WHMCS, Softaculous, and much more.

What virtualization technology do you use on your host node?
How many VPSs do you put on each node, and also, do all VPSs share the same 100mbit uplink or is it 100mbit per VPS?
Thanks██VertVPS

Thanks for your questions, VertVPS.
We base our VPS platforms on Parallels Virtuozzo Containers technology -- but we also feature a proprietary optimization system called SimpleScale which features more than 50,000 lines of code to make the process of managing your VPS even more powerful, and its management even more user-friendly.
The number of Virtual Containers we place on any given host node varies based on a number of factors: the size of the package (Essential, Ultimate, SuperVPS), the average load on the host server, the resources available for guarantees, and so on. You can rest assured that we never over-subscribe our VPS nodes, we closely monitor host server performance, and balance the nodes regularly to provide an optimal experience for every VPS account we host. Whether your talking about resources guarantees or burstable resource allocations--at ServInt, you get what you pay for.
By not blending our host nodes, we ensure that each customer has ample bandwidth availability at a given bandwidth tier. Although bandwidth usage is not necessarily predicated on metrics like CPU usage or RAM consumption, we've found that resource and bandwidth consumption are closely related. At which point, we've built in average minimum bandwidth allocations into each package tier. Again, ServInt never over-commits a host node's resources. So, on the rare occasion were a host node reaches the 70th percentile of total bandwidth capacity it is promptly balanced.
