    Looking for support company to outsource

    We are looking for support company which can handle level1,2 and 3 tickets via ticketing system.
    We do not need live chat or phone support. All we need is support to be handled via our ticketing system.
    We prefer some ticket plan rather then having dedicated admin. We love to provide support to our client but as we are growing and time zones of our clients are different it's becoming kinda hard for us to support 24/7.
    If you have per ticket plan, tickets slots or unlimited ticket plan for some fixed price then please let us know.

    Ticket frequency will be
    1. Level1 tickets 60%
    2. Level 2 tickets 30%
    3. Level 3 tickets 10 % (This includes server reboot request to datacenter)

    Tickets per month appx 100-150pm

    Requirement:
    Shared Hosting, VPS (virtuozzo/xen), Operating system knowledge


    We prefer support company in US or India only as these time zone suits us the best but if you are in some other timezone then please specify.

    I would personaly avoid International support such as India, Hong Kong, etc because most of the international support is very frustrating for clients.

    Have you every experienced an Indian, Hong Kong support company if yes we would like to hear what were you experiences with them. (Just experience and no company names.)I'm asking this since we're an Indian company and our clients are happy with our support.
