I am not seeing the problem, it looks like you simply exceeded your traffic limits. May I ask what this site was running?

There is no "fraud" or "profiteering" here. The user used their traffic allowance for the month. We gave them the option to upgrade to the next highest plan for the remainder of the month which includes additional data transfer.

If they would like to upgrade and pay the difference between their monthly fee and the monthly fee for the next higher plan, we will reactivate their service once payment is received. Otherwise, the service will remain suspended until September 1.

If not the 1st one - month traffic statistics , one would have to understand the point , the problem is when I found my vps stop at 4-5 points is 1 , 500GB of traffic like a short period of it is impossible to run out within a few hours ! even able to run out What is the concept ? Hacker attacks, if the problem is the hackers to attack his server can not intercept ?

hire a sysadmin since it seems you're pretty much clueless as to how to check what stuff uses or what's running on your box

For hosts with good quality bw, it is possible to run out of 500 GB in minutes. If you have a DDoS attack for instance.
It is not common or likely, but not impossible either.

You are responsible for the security of your VPS unless you have a managed service.
Even more, if your VPS is compromised and sends out attacks, the host will remove it to protect it's network and the internet in general.

I don't see the issue? You used the bandwidth you paid for and if you want more you'll need to you know... pay for it?

You have other options:
- Get a managed service;
- Get a DDoS protected service;
- Try your luck with another host with an unmanaged service, maybe cheaper bandwidth.

Judging from the level of expertise you show so far, I reccomend you the first option.
