SQL Server 2005 on Windows 2008 Web Edition
I was trying to bring down license fee for a customer who needed SQL Server on Windows Server.
realised that MS has released a fix to install the SQL Server 2005 on a Windows 2008 Web Edition.http://support.microsoft.com/kb/950636/en-us
The license fee for the web edition is lower than the standard version.

I remember this being a bottleneck for atleast 7-8 of our clients who needed SQL 2005 on Windows 2008 Web and were instead forced to use our SQL 2005 cluster for databases. I believe, this is an important info for them and I'll be shooting them an email for this one :-)
Thanks for this!
