I _think_ it has something to do with the flash animation of CPanel. Once I visit the control panel page, I get the delay as well. However, if I open a fresh browser window and view the site without loading the control panel page, I don't get a delay. Is it the same way for you guys?

I was getting it regardless...and a slight delay when I mouse off.....
I think it is being caused by the javascript sound thing you have on the mouseovers...--

IE6, and 800*600 (if that's what you mean by desktop specs)

I've changed the code a little. Before I was using two different OnMouseOver's, but changed it to one now. Can you check to see if you it still lags a little for you?
