Yes, I too want to know without root access.
If I want to move more than 1 account, this method is do time taking. What to do for multiple cpanel accounts?
If we want to migrate all WHM account also, what is the method for this?
    Thanks

cPanel support copying multiple accounts also:
WHM >> Transfer >> Copy Multiple Accounts/Packages From Another Server

But again you need to have root WHM access.

If you do not have root access of server, you can contact your hosting provider to do this for you. Or you can provide them full cPanel backup file and they will restore the website on new server for you.

Unhappy back up restore functionality not in CPANEL

That is a very nicely (easy to understand) tutorial you put together. My reseller hosting provider however took out the backup restore functionality from CPanel. It's so frustrating because I have a zillion sites to move and every method to move them without too much hassle involves this functionality.

    any other suggestions?
