    Leasing of domain name

I have a few good domain name but I do not have time to develop them.

How can I go about leasing them? ( I like the names so I don't want to sell them).

What are the points to take note of? and how I can ensure that the leasing party does not use my domain for spamming?

    Regards

    1. Keep your whois information for all fields.
    2. Do not let leased party control your domain.
    3. never trust your leased party when it comes to domains.

    4. Think about it from the other side, except for traffic name why would anyone lease a domain without an option to buy?

I would discourage that, what if they use the domains for illegal activities, as the owner u may get yourself in trouble.

    Thanks boonchuan and others.
I just love the few 3char and 4char domains that I have. Just that I don't have time to develop them.

    What a pity

Maybe you should look into putting them to work in the 'pay per click' game. Lots of people try to just make enough money to pay for their registrations that way, allowing them to justify owning them and at the same time, any traffic you build in the process is always a plus.

Much better than worrying about everything... 'Leasing them' could turn into 'buying problems' in a heartbeat.
