I suggest one of two things:
    1. Sign up on the WHMCS Forums (http://forums.whmcs.com/) and post your issue there and ask for assistance.
    2. Open a ticket with WHMCS and ask them for support. http://www.whmcs.com/support.php
    3. Search the WHMCS Wiki for your issue (most common issues with WHMCS are already documented there with resolutions).

WebHostingTalk.com is not a WHMCS Support Forum. I'm not trying to be mean, but your best bet on a quick and easy solution is to get support from the developer.

Then I suggest submitting a ticket directly or perusing their Wiki. I know for a fact 100% that the issue that you're asking about has been covered numerous times and is indeed in their Wiki... If you take the time to search you'll find your answers. Search their forum, search their wiki, then ask questions.

Mike is correct. You could have saved yourself a couple of hours by checking our documentation first: http://wiki.whmcs.com/Common_Trouble...le_or_00:00:00

This is usually the first problem people run into when they first install WHMCS.

The Status directory is not included inside the WHMCS directory so unless you move it yourself, and edit the phpinfo script to uncomment the necessary lines, it will not be available from the relative directory. Additionally you need to include the status path in the Server Configuration. All of this I think is covered in the initial setup guide provided by WHMCS and of course on the wiki as chickndip so kindly pointed out.

open the status file, it should be /status/index.php

remove the comment of the phpinfo()

that is done so people dont give away information they dont want to give out.

    hope that helped
