You don't just register your company.
Well actually... in The Netherlands you do...
@Excited 17 year old: for only €250 (no refund policy/KvK/VAT for me!) I can fix all language mistakes on your website!

I fail at understanding how you can make it look that ugly by copying it 1:1...

Wynand I want to thank you for making me spit my coffee all over my keyboard reading your post lol.

Also the Dutch don't have copyright laws? I would have thought he would have been turned in by now.

They do.. A strong one too. (For movies, that is. But their copyright law for movies refers to their copyright law)

Handy against coffee, less comfortable typing on.

Oh they do, but I was referring to how easy it is to start a company in The Netherlands (amusing that, even knowing how easy it is, there are a lot of people like this one that can't be bothered to do it).

Copyright laws, they only have a private organisation called BREIN that lives by their own rules/laws and enforce it by threatening with expensive law cases that normal people can't win because they can afford more/better lawyers (as they got very little to spend money on on things beside own lawyers).

Wow... either balls of steel or just plain stupidity.

    (I vote the latter)

If you Google a portion of his TOS, like this:

"You are allocated a monthly bandwidth allowance. This allowance varies depending on the hosting package you purchase."

...you will see that he isn't the only person using the same TOS. Looks like everyone is using it. I have up looking after more than 10 pages of results returned the same thing.

Talking with "Bad Language" with a client is very bad for a company. Very sorry for all the trouble you were in....

And still using the same 'Customer Testimonials' as the template: http://www.heartinternet.co.uk/image...stpay_2big.gif and still using a shameless rip of another hosts refund policy...

How can they possibly qualify that statement, "among the best in the web hosting industry"?

We are currently hosting over 2,000+ websites

    I seriously doubt that

    Oh god.
We are currently hosting over 2,000+ websites

He most likely means that he's hosted on a server carrying 2,000 websites. If he really did host that many websites he would have a custom design.
