    I'm trying to be a customer of Eleven2 hosting but my only fear is that upon all my research online, I've not find any good review about your hosting. It is always one problem of downtime to poor resolution of issues.

    On a serious note, it look as if your USA data center is having some issues and I would like to know if your UK data center is also reliable with good uptime.

    Meanwhile, I'm considering between Midphase and Eleven2 but up-time is my biggest concern. I don't want clients ringing my phone every minutes over server downtime. I also observe that your reseller hosting comes with automatic backup. What are the processes involve for one to be receiving these backups either through mail or cloud server like Dropbox?

    Finally, I believe with this offer; the hosting account will be upgraded to 200GB for R-100 plan.

    I will be looking forward to your response as I finalize which hosting company to use between Midphase and Eleven2.

    We use R1soft for backup. There will be no way to send it to your cloudserver or dropbox. You could possibly setup a manual process to do that.

    The promotion will increase R-100 to R-200 (200GB). As you will see with many of our recent reviews our uptime has been excellent over the last several months.

    I have question, as I'm reseller, why I can not transfer my all account that in different host or vps? also I can't make new account?

    Because the WHM panel just for nothing at all can't make any plan or make any new account.


    Hopefully you make this options in WHM to make everything easy and transfer the accounts with out asking the support team

    The WHM account transfer tool is a root feature. If you are unable to create a new account please open a support ticket. There may be an issue with your permissions.
