JaguarPC Support is Killing Me.
Well not literally but they are driving me round the bend.
Can anyone please give me the username of their face on these forums?
Thanks

Have you tried opening a support ticket with them and requesting the ticket be assigned to a supervisor or the ceo?

Greg isn't always on WHT.
Ask for your ticket to be directed towards Les, or another part of their management team. I will tell you though, if you do that your ticket won't be answered for a few days as it's the weekend and I've only once seen Les answer a ticket on the weekend.

They have their own forum as well, you could try asking there.

I have fired emails off left and right and the support now seems to be moving.
The support was exceptionally fast when I first signed up in 2007 which was reassuring for the newbie I was then.
I haven't needed them much over these years as I am now on 30 tickets over three years with most in my first few months. I need support for the first time in about a year on an issue I wouldn't dwell on here carry on since yesterday with very poor communication from them.
A definite sluggishness that didn't wasn't there before. Perhaps they have gone more mass market over the years.
Anyway. I got an update and someone says he is working on it so I'll wait and see.

An issue was dealt with after about 24 hours and me having to send emails to every manager I could get details on (didn't need to send to their CEO).
I hope it was a one off as I'll be needing to open another ticket with them to round some things off later.

Utox just because you exceeded your account resources and had your account shut down doesn't give you the right to continue and bash JaguarPC. You have already posted about this on another thread.

Atechst, I'm beginning to think you are JaguarPC avatar, or just a well known reseller. Well, I think dayo should know what has happend to him is not rare, and that JaguarPC technicall staff are not doing ok for long. There are lot of threads regarding JPC in WHT and I have just posted in this one cause it's recent.
My account resources were exceeded by one user loading same wiki page 4 times, so people, make sure your website have no more than 4 users at same time, or you may exceed your resources and people at JaguarPC will block all the sites on your account.
About not good business practice, JaguarPC is mastering that.

No Utox I don't work for Jag. I have had my fair share of experiences with Hosts and been there too.
