Only three countries do not have copyright laws; Eritrea, Turkmenistan and San Marino. Even if you do go with a host in one of those countries I'm not sure whether you can be prosecuted because you're a US resident OR if you have used a registrar or a TLD not in the above countries. From my knowledge I'm certain one domain was revoked by Tucows in the past for exactly this. Copyright infringement costs the movie, music and software industry billions. If you have hopes and ambitions to get into any of those fields you would be damaging yourself in the long run.
