strange problem with server
Hello everyone,
i have a reseller account with resellerzoom and for some reason 90% of my customers can not see my web site or theres. i cant see my web site but if i go to the ip for example
www.hostingclick.co.uk cant see but http://78.110.160.153/~click i can see. 90% of my customers are the same,
i am in the UK and the server is in the U.S i think any reason for this?
is it a server issuse because the tech guys at resellerzoom say its fine or is it a ISP problem in the UK?

5. linx3.ukcore.bt.net 0.0% 1.8 2.2 1.8 3.3 0.3
6. ???
7. core2-pos6-0.manchester.ukcore.bt.net 0.0% 10.8 10.8 10.6 11.2 0.2
8. ???
9. 217.47.109.115 0.0% 10.4 11.0 10.3 12.0 0.5

Your reseller account is in the uk and I see your site fine but did you change your dns or ips recently? You may have to wait for it to change. If you seem to be still having problems, I would try requesting a new server to be on.

Could you please let me know the exact error that you are getting on the browser while trying to access www.hostingclick.co.uk
It seems that www.hostingclick.co.uk is pointing to the ip 78.110.160.155 rather than 78.110.160.153.SupportExpertz.com - the name says it all!

Looks like you also have the wrong name servers listed for your domain name as well:
ns2-bradford.nswebhost.com
ns1-bradford.nswebhost.com

I could see that you have updated your name servers recently. Please ask your providers to update the NS records at the server end.
