    Money or Morality ?

I just want to see how many people here are considering the money more important than morality, I mean they will exchange morality for money. And why this?

I found the our social structure is nothing else than was 2000 years before or more, and simple humanity are not capable to go to the next level, level where our primates genes will be replaced with our (a few) human genes.

Is it possible for our future to be more a morality society than to run for money?

I have seen an old movie "Epsilon" that was really painful regarding our world, and the way people will tolerate bad things, trying to lie that we are in a good direction.

Is this our future with things like Facebook, Twitter where everybody is looking to sale their image, but a fake one, and no more real human contact?

Our kids on those days, are spending probably more than 60% (and of course almost 30% we are sleeping) on their life "wasting it", is this the future?

    I hope not...

I think it will be this way for a while, but not forever. Its a fad (sorry if I spelt that wrong.). It is like everything else. It will come then it will go.

That is how it all begins.

    First, when you have little money, you stick to morality;

Then when you have enough you go nuts,

Lastly when you have more than enough, you come back and try to compensate for the ills you have done.

Can you clarify a bit more what you mean by trading morality for money?

Does this tie into Facebook and Twitter that you mentioned, or are you referencing other aspects of trading things (time?) for money? Do you mean overworking, etc.? Or do you simply mean people selling their privacy / time (seeing advertisements) for free content such as Facebook?

I am really surprised that I have to clarify what is the meaning of "trading morality for money", but in the same time I am happy that you reply to this post. From 121 views of this post and just 3 replies is telling me a lot how popular morality is here, I mean in this business.

So back to your question is simple. People today will accept anything (whatever if is wrong, or others will suffer, that is the meaning trading their morality) for money. Anybody in a higher position won't be accepted without compromises, including morality.

Can you imagine a society where people will be paid according to their morality?

You should watch conclusions you're jumping to without any clue as to why.

People are not responding because you're making zero sense. Your views make sense here and there, but the majority of this thread leave us like this ---> huh

So, you just gave me the answer that I already expected.
Morality makes zero sense, money does everything.

But it is OK if money are more important than morality for you but how this world will be changed if still money is the "boss" here?

Morality is more important than money for business. Even you can sell your morality against the money. Means through morality you can attract the clients and all stack holders. Which will definitely became the cause of increment in your money. So morality is more important.
