Holdfire help. Really need help here
Hi, I am with Holdfire and have been for around 6 months.
A few days ago they suspended my account. They gave me no warning or any response for over 7hs.
When trying to open any domains on my account i am taken to this page: htt-p://holdfire.net/suspended.page/

We do not provide backups to clients that currently have a suspended account with us. Please bear in mind that this is an issue that can be resolved.
Your account is currently suspended due to your account using too much CPU on the shared server.
The account, leedoyle, is currently overloading the CPU on this server with to many active web requests.

The account is temporarily suspended to alleviate the stress on the server that your own account caused. We are currently investigating into this issue so that your account can be unsuspended.
If you site is found to use too much CPU usage again, we will recommend that either you upgrade your account to a VPS to accomodate the need for more power, or find another host. If you choose to find another host, we will unlock the account for 6 hours so that you may access your data; After those 6 hours are up, the account will be suspended and within 30 days termindated.
We'll be unsuspending your account in the next hour.

Since this was made my account has NOT been unsuspended in anyway. I have since found a new host as I do not think that this is good management. I still have 6 months on my account but they just refuse to reopen my account. I have asked 5 times and all of today have been given no answer or reply to any of my questions.
I need my files. I have spent weeks designing my website and also have years of posts on my blog. I have SQL backups but for some reason they are out of order when I have updated mysql on my new host... but I still have none of my template files.
I now feel that they are holding my data hostage as they refuse to contact me or let me know what is going on.
They do not have any live support or phone number... The only way I have of contacting them is their Help Desk which is now useless.
I live in England and am not sure of my legal rights if this did turn out bad.
