I have a weird problem with name.com. Please help to confirm.

When I visit the following URL, I got 403.
But the tech support at name.com said they can see correct page. they said it's my browser's or ISP's problem.

    https://www.name.com/domain/search/?keyword=1and1.com

If you are reading this post, please visit this link, and reply what you see.

    Thank you very much.

It seems like they have it set up so that you need to first go to https://www.name.com/domain/search/ then type in your query. It will present a 403 error otherwise but their Support staff shouldn't be blaming your browser or ISP for that.

thanks for the reply, what you do, actually, you visit another url:
    https://www.name.com/domain/search/1and1.com

Try go to home page: www.name.com
    and search 1and1.com

you will visit the URL I posted:
    https://www.name.com/domain/search/?keyword=1and1.com

Well, it doesn't work that way for me; I was taken to the page without question mark:

    https://www.name.com/domain/search/1and1.com

and that link works fine for me; link with question mark does not work in other cases, too:

    https://www.name.com/domain/search/?...=anydomain.com - does not work

    https://www.name.com/domain/search/k...=anydomain.com - works.

    Thanks.

I think they fixed the problem.

Now, I can get the right page, NOT 403 any more.
