Can you describe a little bit further ? OS , version, system ?
Should not be impossible to fix at all.

your getting that message because your mail server has an access list that allows only those ips/domains to relay.. this prevents people from using your mail server to spam.

if you provide the info pingouin request, we should be able to help out.. also what smtp server are you using, sendmail?

    hi thanks for the reply

my os redhat 7.3 and I am using sendmail.
now if I want to send a email to others, I get an error like this

relaying denied ip name lookup failed
    server error : 550, error code: 0x800CCC79
in sendmail section in webmin,. I found a outgoing domains (CG). I put gameconcept.us and restarted sendmail server but it didn't work . In the right hand side column of outgoing domains section, I found a link I could click.

I clicked and got the following error

Your sendmail configuration does not have the outgoing address mapping (generics) feature enabled. Click here to setup sendmail features.
do I need to enable this outgoing address mapping (generics) feature ? but how...

    thanks

No, you need to add your IP to the list that is allowed to relay. That is found in the Webmin config under sendmail or at this link:

    http://example.com:11111/sendmail/list_relay.cgi

Insert your domain and port webmin is running on, of course.
