I am currently providing part-time billing support for two hosting companies. I now have several hours per day available and am looking to take on one more billing support client.

Including:

  • HelpDesk tickets related to customer billing issues
  • Server Audits (make sure billing accounts match actual accounts)
  • Suspensions of overdue accounts
  • ModernBill and WHMCs Account Cleanup
  • Cancellations and Refunds
  • Generate New Invoices


Part-time includes approximately 20 tickets per day + other responsibilities. Generally seeking $250 per week for part-time general billing management (customer support, suspensions, etc.). Expert amount of experience using ModernBill and WHMCS. Also have a comfortable amount of experience using Ubersmith, ClientExec and others.
