Question Program to make simple html photo album?

I'm looking for an extremely simple program to run on my computer (Windows) that can make a "photo album" webpage, based on a folder of images.

The output (webpage) should be plain HTML and able to be "inserted" into a template, etc...

The program should be able to make the thumbnails, etc..

Any ideas? Simple is better, as it's only for a few pages...

I believe photoshop had this option. I built a webpage years ago with it... Sorry I can't be more specific, it was a while ago... If you have photoshop (I do not have it loaded on my computer anymore) you can check under, I believe "file."

I've used Coppermine and it's worked great. It's PHP, you install it up on your webserver, and you can use it to upload and thumbnail your pics, even catogorize them.
